LattePIPS was started in the hope to assist the success of other foreign currency traders around the world. There are many websites out there and analysts providing analysis only to say that the market could go up at a particular level or could go down at a particular level. However, it is possible to not only
- Know the current direction of a currency pair, but also
- Know when it is about to turn around to position oneself well ahead of everyone else,
- Know critical target levels of retracement (I’m not referring to fib levels or any other built-in tool within a charting package) to place yourself at strategic positions ahead of everyone else who are most likely just following moving averages, and also
- Know the above three bullets for ALL timeframes of a given currency pair!
I have been trading foreign currencies on and off since 1999, but have only recently made the most progress over the past 3 years. All sell/buy recommendations are being issued from a strategy which I began creating in 2005. It has taken this amount of time and testing to finally have a completed strategy as of January 2008.
The name of the website, LattePIPS, is self explanatory in that the name encompasses every trader’s desire to eventually accumulate a ‘lotta’ pips over the course of time through trading. The name also brings together two favorite past times of mine…the foreign currency market and coffee!
This site is broken down into the following detail:
- Currency Pair pages show my analysis of what’s currently going on
- Current Trades/Thoughts discussing trade recommendations
- Currencies Blog is a public blog page specifically where you can express your trading opinions, or just to say a friendly hello. Otherwise, comments are also allowed on various posts of mine.
For the time being, I will be concentrating primarily on the GBP/USD for sharing public trade ideas and trend directions.
