Over 240 PIPs in 24 hours

I had some fun trading on the USD/JPY 1min Wednesday. These markets have been so volatile, I saw an opportunity on some good setups and took them. Here are the trades I took:

On the 14th, the USD/JPY failed to take out 103.27. I left a LOT of PIPs on the table, but didn’t see this trade until later. I entered short @100.74 and exited @99.69 for a total of 105 PIPs.

Before going to sleep, I entered a limit short @101.18. I woke up with being positive for 65 PIPs. At one point in the trade, I was up 95 PIPs or so, but eventually exited @100.45 for 73 PIPs.

After exiting that trade, I almost immediately entered long @100.87 and exited @101.67 for 80 PIPs.

Entered long-term USD/JPY short @104.45

I’m going to have to get better at posting trades when I enter a trade. =D Anyway, on the same day (April 30th) I exited my long-term GBP/USD trade, I also entered a long-term short trade on the USD/JPY @104.45. As you’ll also read on my USD/JPY page, this is according to a signal I gave on that page at the price of @104.40. Therefore, I am satisfied with my entrance. I do not believe the USD/JPY will move much above this price level. I plan to hold this trade over the next month or two.
